鑑定窓口

The grading counter. Scotland's only drop-off.

We're the only drop-off point in Scotland for PSA, CGC and Beckett (BGS) grading — an official drop-off point through our partner Black Label Grading. Hand your cards to us and we handle the rest — checked, sleeved, submitted and tracked until the slabs are back in your hands.

No courier forms, no customs paperwork, no guessing which service level you need — just a straight conversation with a collector who's graded plenty of their own.

PSA CGC BGS

Submit through us, save 5%.

Every grading submission made through Victory Road gets 5% off with code VRCOLLECTS — and honest advice first on whether your card is worth grading at all.

How grading works

PSA, CGC and Beckett (BGS) set their own grading fees and turnaround times — ask us for current rates.

正直な案内

English or Japanese? An honest guide.

We sell both, so we've no reason to steer you either way. Here's how the two editions really compare — the version of this chat we have over the counter every week.

JapaneseNihongo-ban
Print & feelCard stock, texture, foiling
Excellent on modern sets; special illustration rares are stunning in both languages.
Widely considered the benchmark — crisper print lines and consistent centring set-on-set.
Opening valueWhat a booster tends to give you
Boxes cost more per pack; chase cards carry strong demand in the UK market.
Packs are usually cheaper and modern packs guarantee at least one foil — a friendlier rip.
Playing in UK eventsTournament legality
Fully legal in UK organised play — if you play as well as collect, English is the safe pick.
Not legal in UK official events — Japanese cards here are for the collection, not the table.
Collecting & gradingLong-term shelf appeal
The bigger UK resale market; easiest to move on if your tastes change.
Exclusive sets and alternate art that never get an English release; grades well thanks to print quality.

Our honest verdict: collect what you love. Play English, rip Japanese, or do both — we stock both so you don't have to choose blind. Unsure on a specific set? Message us before you buy.

勝利への道

The road to victory ends at your collection.

Victory Road Collectables is a collector-run shop — the kind where the person handing you a card knows exactly why the centring matters. Bringing joy and nostalgia to every collector isn't a slogan on a wall; it's why the shop exists.
